HR Recruiter

B2B Realty is a fast-growing PM Company based in the U.S, dedicated to providing high-quality, transparent, and efficient management services for property investors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent across multiple roles, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Note: This job requires you to work in the US business hours.

Responsibilities


Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure all hiring processes align with company policies, DEI standards, and local labor laws.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team and company culture.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, system access, and orientation materials.
  • Support offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with exit processes and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in HR reporting, policy implementation, and compliance tracking.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance tracking, and training coordination.
  • Participate in HR projects related to culture, retention, and process improvement.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience
    in recruitment or HR generalist functions (experience with remote or U.S.-based hiring is recommended).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and employees across different backgrounds.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job boards, and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
