We are currently seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent across multiple roles, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Note: This job requires you to work in the US business hours.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
Ensure all hiring processes align with company policies, DEI standards, and local labor laws.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team and company culture.
Prepare and manage documentation, system access, and orientation materials.
Support offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with exit processes and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in HR reporting, policy implementation, and compliance tracking.
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance tracking, and training coordination.
- Participate in HR projects related to culture, retention, and process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience
in recruitment or HR generalist functions (experience with remote or U.S.-based hiring is recommended).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and employees across different backgrounds.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job boards, and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
