Octet Solutions is a Canada-based multinational company with operations across technology, marketing, and HR services. We are expanding our Recruitment Department to support hiring needs for both internal teams and external client companies in Canada and beyond.

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and confident HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, charismatic, and presents themselves professionally in a modern business setting.

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Bank, and social media platforms.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and assess communication and professionalism.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines and interview feedback.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
• Represent Octet professionally in all communications with clients and candidates

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR preferred (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong phone presence and confident personality.
• Professional grooming and presentation — ability to engage well in modern corporate environments.
• Familiar with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Bank) and basic HR coordination tools.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Mon-Fri ( 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
