Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified professionals for our technical and non-technical roles in the wind energy domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies in coordination with department heads.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal references.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per company requirements.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and industry networking events.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.
Support HR operations and other HR activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office
