We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top teaching and non-teaching talent for our JEE and NEET coaching programs. The role demands strong networking ability, understanding of the education/training sector, and the capacity to handle end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology) and academic/non-academic positions.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates from schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and professional networks.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate demo lectures/interviews, and finalize offers in coordination with department heads.
- Manage campus recruitment and referral programs.
2. Employer Branding
- Promote the institute as an employer of choice among teaching and education professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to showcase faculty success stories and institute achievements.
3. Onboarding & Documentation
- Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure completion of HR formalities and compliance.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the academic and operations team to forecast hiring needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports and maintain recruitment dashboards.
5. Additional HR Support
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Support HR audits, policy implementation, and grievance handling as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the education or coaching sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hiring faculty for JEE/NEET or competitive exam coaching is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
