Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: India (Backend Office – Supporting UAE Operations)
Experience: 2–4 years

Sky Ocean Shipping Pvt. Ltd. is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company operating in the UAE. Our India backend office manages recruitment and HR operations to support UAE business operations.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for operations, documentation, and customer service roles in India.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years recruitment experience, preferably in logistics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
