The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions across all school branches. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and document verification of new hires.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and joining formalities.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the management team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to school recruitment needs.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (experience in the education sector preferred but not mandatory).
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
