Role Overview:

We’re hiring a HR Recruiter with experience in non-IT hiring, especially in the pharma and retail sectors. You’ll handle end-to-end recruitment for roles across operations, sales, and support functions.

Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for pharma and retail role

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and other platforms

Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate onboarding

Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
