Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further interviews.
  • Manage job postings and maintain a database of potential candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and HR documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
