HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This is a work-from-home role, ideal for someone who can work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth hiring process. Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Candidates should having experience in middle east and india recruitment

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in bulk hiring Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Must have own laptop and internet connection.
