Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet our organization’s current and future staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Source candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs.
• Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video) and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/departmental interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the HR database and ATS.
• Prepare and send offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding and HR-related activities/events.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a similar industry).
• Familiarity with ATS software and MS Office tools.

Reporting To: HR Manager

Salary Range: 20K-30K

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
