HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will handle the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding — and support other HR functions as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and follow up for joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support HR operations such as onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in construction or MEP industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and coordination abilities.
• Available for immediate joining.
