  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain a recruitment tracker for open positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and agencies.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Prepare and share offer letters with selected candidates.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Maintain a candidate database for future requirements.
  • Share weekly and monthly recruitment reports with management.
  • Support HR initiatives to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
