HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and supporting the company’s hiring needs. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
• Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other hiring platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Participate in employer-branding activities and career events.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage pre-employment verification, background checks, and onboarding support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
