As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a Female HR Recruiter to enhance our recruitment team and contribute to hiring and retaining top talent across the organization.

Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring for multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities in a dynamic call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department leads to identify hiring requirements.
• Maintain applicant databases and job postings on various platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and background checks.
• Assist with employee engagement and retention activities.
• Support HR documentation, attendance management, and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (BPO experience is a plus).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Female candidates only.
