About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Recruiter with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of HR processes. The ideal candidate should be confident, people oriented, and well-versed in HR policies, recruitment practices, and KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.

· Co-ordinate with Vendors for the hiring process.

· Maintain candidate databases and track the status of each profile.

· Prepare, follow up, and close offers in coordination with the Director.

· Manage employee training, onboarding and documentation (if required).

· Assist in defining, maintaining, and tracking KRAs for employees with Performance.

· Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.

· Handle people management activities, employee queries, and basic HR operations.

· Maintain professional communication with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred (due to internal team requirements).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR terms, HR policies, and recruitment processes. • Knowledge of KRA/KPI creation and tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Good people management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
