HR Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Rhino Lux P Ltd. located in Delhi, India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle which includes job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Timing is 10am to 7pm
