Job Overview
Ocean Techventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in IT recruitment to manage and support the company’s hiring requirements for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and technical panels.
Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment records.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Support offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation and MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–1.5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in IT hiring.
Understanding of IT roles and hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
