An HR Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization’s staffing needs. They act as a bridge between hiring managers and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline.

2. Screening & Interviewing

  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

3. Hiring Process Management

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collect feedback and manage candidate evaluations.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate salary/benefits.

4. Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure recruitment processes follow labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

6. Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and department heads.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,079.42 - ₹20,000.51 per month
