Job Profile Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to joining
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates for interviews and joining
• Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per company requirements
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
• Experience with job portals and social recruiting platforms
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of basic HR documentation and onboarding
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Result-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter
• Experience in manufacturing, paints, or industrial sector preferred
• Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
