About the Role:
We are hiring passionate Core HR Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment. This is a core HR recruiter role — please do not apply if you have experience in operations or other domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of HR recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand + Meal Facilities
