HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Indore
Experience: 6 Months –3 Years (Freshers with strong coordination skills may apply)
Immediate Joiner Preferred

Responsibilities(Training Institute)

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with trainers and management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Achieve hiring targets within timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and batches simultaneously
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
