HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in Non-Technical recruitment, preferably in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, CRM, and support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate non-technical positions.
• Understand manpower requirements from Sales, CRM, and Operations teams.
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage salary negotiation and offer roll-out process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate database.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
