HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment portals, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in salary negotiations.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws during hiring.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience (construction industry experience preferred).
  • GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and visa processes in GCC countries (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment software.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
