Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment portals, company website, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in salary negotiations.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws during hiring.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience (construction industry experience preferred).
- GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with labor laws and visa processes in GCC countries (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
