Job Title:Technical Recruiter

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Location: On-site (Green Acres Housing Society)
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person

Job Summary:
The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and IT specialists. This role requires a strong understanding of technical skills, experience in sourcing passive candidates, and the ability to evaluate candidates’ technical fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial technical assessments and interviews to evaluate skills and experience
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand technical hiring requirements and create job descriptions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding for technical hires
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter
  • Strong understanding of software development, IT roles, and technical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for startups or IT companies
  • Knowledge of technical interview processes and assessments
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and negotiation skills
