Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and office management while contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

-->Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate induction and training programs
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift adherence
  • Support performance appraisal processes and monthly evaluations
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance

--> Administration

  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
  • Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Support logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the workplace

-->Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a morning shift (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
  • Comfortable to work from Office (Ambawadi,Ahmedabad)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
