Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to attract top talent.
• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
