HR Recruiter (Hospital)

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent source and screen through job portal.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Screen candidates resumes and job application.
• On board new employee in order to become fully integrated.
• Drive the end to end talent acquisition process.
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Education: MBA-HR or Any relevant Degree

Experience: 3-5 years

Salary: 15k to 25k

Location: Tiruppur and Chennai
