HR Recruiter - Hospitality (Hotels & Resort)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for our hospitality operations in Goa from our Mumbai office. The recruiter will be responsible for fulfilling both white-collar (Managerial/Executive) and blue-collar (Operations/Support Staff) hiring needs for resorts, villas, and hospitality properties. A strong network in the hospitality industry, experience with reference-based hiring, and an ability to deliver quality profiles quickly are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment (Goa Properties)

Understand manpower requirements across all departments in hospitality properties – F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Kitchen, Maintenance, Admin, and more.

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.

Coordinate with Goa-based property managers and HR to ensure hiring is aligned with property-specific needs.

Market Networking & Reference-Based Hiring

Leverage existing market connections in the hospitality sector, especially in Goa and surrounding regions.

Source candidates through references, local agencies, hospitality institutes, and field connections.

Build a reliable network of vendors, manpower suppliers, and referrers for blue-collar hiring.

Role Coverage

White-collar roles: Supervisors, Executives, Managers (Front Office, HR, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales, etc.)

Blue-collar roles: Housekeeping staff, kitchen stewards, helpers, waiters, security, cleaners, drivers, gardeners, etc.

Coordination & Documentation

Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Goa team or property managers.

Ensure all documentation and background checks are completed for selected candidates.

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers for all open positions.

Recruitment Reporting & Planning

Provide weekly/monthly updates on hiring status, open positions, challenges, and solutions.

Work proactively to anticipate attrition and seasonal hiring needs in hospitality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of hospitality recruitment needs (luxury/resort segment is a plus).

Well-connected in the Goa/local hospitality job market.

Hands-on experience with both white- and blue-collar hiring.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently from Mumbai.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant field (MBA in HR is a plus).

3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and agency coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
