Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, portals, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals).
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office.
