HR Recruiter Intern

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and job specifications.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, portals, and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals).
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
