Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern (IT Background)

Location: Sector 65, Gurugram
Stipend: 10,000-14,000
Duration: 6 Months
Working Mode: Work from Home

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern with an IT background to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT technologies and a keen interest in building a career in Human Resources, specifically in IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Understand IT roles such as Developers, Testers, Network Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.
  • Support in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email communication

Preferred Skills (Optional but Added Advantage):

  • Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
