SentientGeeks is looking for IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Work Mode: On-site

Internship duration: 06 months (Paid)

Permanent employment will be offered based on performance

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Applicants must have 03-06 months internship experience in IT hiring

·        Applicants should be from West Bengal

·        Diploma/Certification related to HR is mandatory.

·        Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals

·        Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.

·        Applicants should have good communication skill.

Responsibilities

·        Writing and posting technical job descriptions

·        Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.

·        Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.

·        Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.

·        Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

·        Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.

  • Salt Lake City, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
