HR Recruiter - Malayalam Speaking

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain recruitment records.
• Support employee engagement.
• Coordinate with branches and consultants for effective onboarding.

Requirements:

• Min 1 Year experience in recruitment
• Master’s degree in HR /MBA.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR tools.
• Malayalam speaking (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
