HR Recruiter (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing specifically on job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for the role and company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the negotiation of job offers, including salary discussions and employment terms.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on job posting, screening, interviewing, and negotiating.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
