Job Title: HR Recruiter –none IT

Location: Kochi
Experience: 3 - 4 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Salary increments after 6 months; Annual salary revision every year)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for shipyard roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Support HR team in related activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (shipyard/marine industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, portals, and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to recruit for skilled, technical, and specialized shipyard roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,593.57 per month
