What You’ll Own End-to-End Hiring

  • Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding the role to successful onboarding
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through targeted and strategic channels
  • Partner with department heads to align hiring with business goals
  • Conduct structured, insight-driven interviews

Candidate Evaluation

  • Shortlist candidates based on depth of experience and role alignment
  • Run screening interviews that assess both capability and mindset
  • Conduct reference and background checks where necessary

Talent Pipeline & Strategy

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Improve hiring efficiency without compromising on quality
  • Track key hiring metrics and continuously refine your approach

Employer Branding

  • Represent the company professionally across platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Position the organization to attract serious, high-caliber professionals
  • Build long-term relationships within relevant talent networks

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with HR and leadership for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain structured recruitment data and reporting
  • Ensure hiring processes align with company standards

Who You Are

  • You have 5–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • You’ve successfully hired across multiple roles and departments
  • You’re confident in headhunting and sourcing quality talent
  • You can assess candidates beyond surface-level qualifications
  • You communicate clearly and negotiate confidently
  • You can manage multiple hiring pipelines without losing focus on quality
  • You’re familiar with modern hiring tools and platforms

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred)

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
