HR Recruiter – Tele calling, Sales & Fundraising

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of tele callers, sales representatives, and fundraising executives. The role involves identifying and attracting energetic, target-driven, and communication-savvy individuals to support outreach, donor acquisition, and sales campaigns. The recruiter will work closely with the operations and fundraising teams to ensure staffing requirements are met on time with quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for tele calling, sales, and fundraising positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and walk-in drives.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on communication skills, attitude, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate with department heads or team leaders for final interviews and selection.
  • Manage the entire hiring process — from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
  • Plan and organize bulk hiring or campus recruitment drives as needed.
  • Support employee onboarding, induction, and training coordination for new recruits.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Represent the organization professionally at job fairs, career events, and social platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in BPO, sales, fundraising, or NGO recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of roles like tele callers, field sales agents, fundraisers, and team leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates for soft skills, motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
