Job Title: HR Recruitment Associate – Entry Level
Workplace: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift Timing: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Type: Full-Time | On-site

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused HR Recruitment Associate to become part of our Human Resources team at WADIC. This position is ideal for individuals beginning their career in recruiting or looking to grow within talent acquisition. In this role, you will assist with the complete hiring process — including sourcing applicants, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hires during onboarding.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior recruitment experience, particularly in IT or technical hiring. However, fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow in a dynamic work setting are strongly encouraged to apply.

Primary Duties

  • Search for suitable applicants for both technical and non-technical positions using online platforms, professional communities, and LinkedIn.
  • Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates based on skill match, experience, and overall suitability.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication abilities, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and departmental needs.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate scheduling while keeping all participants well-informed.
  • Ensure a positive hiring experience by maintaining consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Keep candidate information organized and updated within the ATS or HR database.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
  • Awareness of modern sourcing methods, hiring tools, and recruitment practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand job needs and find the right fit for the company culture.
