HR Recruitment Intern

• About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and human resource functions.

• Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain applicant tracking sheets

Support employer branding and outreach initiatives

Perform administrative HR tasks as required

• Requirements:

Pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree (HR/MBA preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace

Available for a full-time/part-time internship for 3 months
