HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations end-to-end. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in tech hiring, policy implementation, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
You’ll be the go-to person for aligning business objectives with people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles (SDEs, Product, Sales, HR, etc.).
- Build sourcing strategies using platforms like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
- Design and implement campus recruitment and referral programs.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities.
- Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
- Handle payroll coordination, leaves, and attendance management.
- Conduct regular audits for compliance and employee data accuracy.
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Plan and execute employee engagement, R&R, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support managers in performance reviews and goal-setting frameworks.
- Conduct stay interviews, feedback surveys, and grievance handling.
- Foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on organization design and talent strategy.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, recruitment efficiency) for continuous improvement.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in HR Management or Talent Acquisition (preferably in IT / SaaS).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and MS Excel.
