HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations end-to-end. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in tech hiring, policy implementation, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
You’ll be the go-to person for aligning business objectives with people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles (SDEs, Product, Sales, HR, etc.).
  • Build sourcing strategies using platforms like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
  • Design and implement campus recruitment and referral programs.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
  • Handle payroll coordination, leaves, and attendance management.
  • Conduct regular audits for compliance and employee data accuracy.

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Plan and execute employee engagement, R&R, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support managers in performance reviews and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Conduct stay interviews, feedback surveys, and grievance handling.
  • Foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Collaborate with leadership on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, recruitment efficiency) for continuous improvement.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in HR Management or Talent Acquisition (preferably in IT / SaaS).
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and MS Excel.
