HR & Recruitment Manager - Real Estate

Our client is a rapidly growing real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai. As they continue to scale their operations, they are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to oversee human resources functions and lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, while ensuring alignment with UAE Labour Law and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with business goals and local legal requirements.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Conduct structured induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination and employee benefits.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievance and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate with PRO and ensure timely processing of employment visas, labor contracts and other government-related formalities.
• Support performance management processes, training initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor HR compliance and support audits or government inspections when required.
• Assist management with organizational planning and talent development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR and recruitment experience in the UAE, ideally in the real estate or service sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in recruitment, particularly for sales and operations roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
