Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Officer cum Admin to join our Human Resources team. This role will manage the entire recruitment life cycle—from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees—while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment within the UAE, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage administrative HR tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with department managers to determine current and future hiring needs.

· Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, career websites, and social media.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

· Attend career fairs and networking events to attract talent.

· Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.

· Prepare job offers and facilitate onboarding processes.

· Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

· Ensure all recruitment and selection processes are conducted in line with UAE labor regulations and internal policies.

Compliance with UAE Hiring Regulations:

· Ensure adherence to UAE Labor Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and its updates), especially regarding:

· - Equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination.

· - Employment contract types (limited vs. unlimited)

· - Mandatory offer letters before visa processing.

· - Emiratization targets in applicable sectors (private companies with 50+ employees).

· - Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) requirements for job advertisements and approvals.

· - Ensuring proper documentation and work permits for expatriate hires.

· - Observance of probation periods, notice periods, and termination procedures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices.

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in high-volume recruitment or industry-specific hiring.

· HR certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
