Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
Experience

1–2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in retail, FMCG, or corporate setups.

Hands-on experience with FlowHCM preferred.

Strong data management and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

About The Role
The HR Recruitment Officer will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent for Scents n Stories. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, maintain recruitment data, and ensure an organized CV pool. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in using recruitment software to streamline hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.

Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across job portals LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Rozee, Mustakbil, etc..

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.

Maintain recruitment data, trackers, hiring dashboards, and monthly reports.

Manage and maintain a structured CV pool/database for future hiring needs.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the recruitment tracking sheet.

Use and manage recruitment activities through FlowHCM or similar recruitment software.

Prepare hiring KPIs and analytics for management review.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and internship programs.
