  • Hands-on experience with FlowHCM preferred.
  • Strong data management and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions at once and meet hiring deadlines.

About The Role

The HR Recruitment Officer will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent for Scents n Stories. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, maintain recruitment data, and ensure an organized CV pool. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in using recruitment software to streamline hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across job portals LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Rozee, Mustakbil, etc..
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers, hiring dashboards, and monthly reports.
  • Manage and maintain a structured CV pool/database for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the recruitment tracking sheet.
  • Use and manage recruitment activities through FlowHCM or similar recruitment software.
  • Prepare hiring KPIs and analytics for management review.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and internship programs.
