HR Recruitment Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage HR operations including employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.

Key Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools and ATS platforms.
