Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for frontline and support staff.
- Administer payroll updates, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
- Handle all government-related documentation and transactions through GDRFA, MOHRE, and ICP portals (visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and employee documentation).
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to hospitality operations.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs and maintain updated training records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to support staffing and workforce planning needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR & Safety Officer role, preferably within hotels, restaurants, or resorts.
- Sound understanding of UAE labor regulations and hospitality compliance standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
