HR Specialist

  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
  • Lead the onboarding process to foster positive first impressions and ensure new hires are equipped for success.
  • Oversee training programs aimed at career development and skill enhancement, supporting employees in achieving their professional goals.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, address gaps, and recommend improvements that align with business objectives.
  • Create detailed HR reports and dashboards for senior management, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Logistics : 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources : 5 years (Preferred)
