Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop recruitment plans based on business needs, post job openings, screen resumes, arrange interviews, conduct background checks, and manage onboarding processes.

2. Employee Relations ManagementHandle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, transfer, relocation, and offboarding) and address employee inquiries, complaints, and disputes to maintain positive labor relationships.

3. Labor Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to local labor laws (UAE/Dubai/Kuala Lumpur), visa policies, and social insurance regulations; resolve labor disputes and mitigate legal risks.

4. Daily HR OperationsMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave data; utilize Office Suite (Excel/Word/PPT) and HR software for reporting and analysis; support payroll and performance management tasks.

Qualifications Required:

1. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency is a plus.

2. Minimum 2 years of local HR experience, with expertise in recruitment and employee relations.

3. Strong knowledge of local labor laws, visa policies, and cultural practices; experience in handling labor disputes is preferred.

4. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-cultural teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
