We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Specialist to manage and support core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture at our Think Higher Consultants, Giga Mall Office, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR strategies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS experience preferred).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
