We’re Hiring: HR Specialist – Lucria Consult | Full-Time | Chandigarh

Lucria Consult is entering its next phase of accelerated growth – across cities, countries, and service verticals. To support this expansion, we’re looking for an HR Specialist who can strengthen our people function, institutionalize scalable systems, and help shape a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Drive:

– End-to-end hiring and onboarding across multiple geographies

– Implementation of structured HR processes, policies, and performance frameworks

– Development of a cohesive, growth-oriented work culture

– Strengthening our organizational design to support scale

Who You Are:

You thrive on building structure, enabling people, and aligning HR with business outcomes. You enjoy working in environments where speed, ownership, and clarity matter. Experience of 2–4 years in HR is strongly preferred.

Location: Chandigarh (Full-time, in-office)

Experience: 2–4 years in HR preferred
