HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain HRMS records: attendance, leaves, employee data.
  • Support payroll by sharing monthly inputs.
  • Assist in performance review cycles & appraisal documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and daily HR support.
  • Draft and update HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate training & development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and HR analytics.

Employee Engagement (Added)

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
  • Conduct monthly engagement calendars and internal communication.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives and employee feedback programs.
  • Organize recognition programs (Star Performer, R&R, birthdays, work anniversaries).
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Executive/Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
  • Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel must).
  • Excellent communication, people-handling, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
