HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain HRMS records: attendance, leaves, employee data.
- Support payroll by sharing monthly inputs.
- Assist in performance review cycles & appraisal documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and daily HR support.
- Draft and update HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate training & development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and HR analytics.
Employee Engagement (Added)
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
- Conduct monthly engagement calendars and internal communication.
- Drive culture-building initiatives and employee feedback programs.
- Organize recognition programs (Star Performer, R&R, birthdays, work anniversaries).
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Executive/Generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
- Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel must).
- Excellent communication, people-handling, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
