Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR with expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employee Life Cycle management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, energetic, and able to drive HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
Handle complete Employee Life Cycle activities
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives
Handle Performance Management System (PMS) and Appraisal Assessment
Facilitate Learning & Development activities
Conduct Attrition Analysis and HR reporting
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong HR Generalist experience across TA & Core HR Excellent communication & presentation skills
Energetic, smart, and presentable personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
